Franklin County Public Education Study Group meetings

  • June 15 from 4:30- 6:00pm at Franklin County Technical School. 

The meeting will review the project’s outcomes, the NESDEC report options, and the legislation expected to be filed by the Governor regarding school governance and optimal performance.  We will also talk about potential next steps.  We believe there are many additional opportunities to pursue but realize that we must have the buy-in and support of districts and/or towns to continue.  The next steps are local.At the close of the meeting we will ask each district and municipality to think about the district’s or community’s interest in exploring next steps.  If there is additional support and interest, the FRCOG is willing to continue assisting in the effort and will seek funding for the project to continue.  Please RSVP to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
